Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Portland, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
