Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
