Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Clearpath Timber Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
