Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove Foods produces packaged foods at its Chicago plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
