Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
