Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
