Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tulsa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
