Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Summit North Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
