Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
