Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
