Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
