Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
