Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
