Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Ironwood Vista Press produces print and digital publications in Seattle, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
