Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bright Birch Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
