Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Foods Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
