Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Clearpath Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Las Vegas, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
