Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Summit Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Nashville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
