Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Foods is a Minneapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
