Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Nova River Press is a printer and publisher in El Paso serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
