Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield River Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
