Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Amber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
