Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
