Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
