Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Lumen Timber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Anchorage plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
