Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
