Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Pine Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Las Vegas, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
