Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Junction Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
