Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Iron Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
