Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
