Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Redstone Field Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
