Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
