Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates is a printer and publisher in Miami serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
