Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
