Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
