Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Clearpath Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
