Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Harborlight Iron Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
