Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Ironwood Pike Press Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
