Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Northwind Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in St. Louis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
