Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Nova Quarry Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 383 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
