Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
