Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
