Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
