Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Maple Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
