Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Northwind River Press Group is a printer and publisher in Milwaukee serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
