Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Summit Fox Medical Group is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
