Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
