Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Madison, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
