Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove River Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
