Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
